More Google Gadgets

Daniel Lee, another colleague from Mountain View is giving a talk about Google Gadgets . Daniel explains that "Google Gadgets are nothing else than "mini websites" that are portable across the whole network". In other words, Gadgets are modules that you can put on your iGoogle Website, but also syndicate them on any other website or blog.

If you ara a developer, you might also be interested in our
Gadget API website, where we provide you with all the information you need to create a Gadget.

You got curious? Well, then you might be interested in some example Gadgets that are already available:

-
Wikipedia Gadget
-
Youtube Gadget
-
Maps Gadget
-
Weather Gadget

These are just some of the most popular examples but we strongly encourage you to check out our
Gadget library where you can find hundreds, if not thousands of Gadgets and they become more every minute, developed by programers from all over the world. And who knows, hopefully you will join this list soon as well ;-)

As always, Daniel's session will be posted on Youtube very soon and we will publish the link on this blog later on.
